Is the free plan really free?
Yes. It has no time limit and needs no payment details. It covers up to 2 pets, health and medication tracking, and unlimited seizure logs. Statistics are shown for your first 5 seizures and hidden after that, and every log stays. PDF reports and exports are part of Premium.
How does the free trial work?
Every Premium plan starts with a 7-day free trial. If you don’t cancel at least 24 hours before it ends, the plan you chose starts and the App Store or Google Play charges you.
What happens if I stop Premium?
You go back to the free plan. Your seizure logs stay and you can keep logging. Statistics beyond your first 5 seizures and PDF reports are hidden until you upgrade again.
How do I cancel?
Premium is an App Store or Google Play subscription. You cancel it in your phone’s subscription settings. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid the next charge.
Why can the price in my store be different?
The prices here are in US dollars. The App Store and Google Play set the price for your country and add local taxes.
